Blessing Robes
We need artifacts in life as reminders of who we are, what our life means, how we have lived and how we intend to live. Tangible items that we can endow with the energy of our attention, items that hold the vision of our intentions. Sacred pieces that invoke the deeper meaning in our lives, which we can refer to in times of need or doubt as well as celebration.
What if we were able to don a garment with the blessing of sacred purpose, which would help remind us of who we truly are and where we are going on our path? I believe that this level of intention can be endowed on any garment that we use for sacred purpose, but I also believe that a garment can be designed and created with sacred intention built right in.
Blessing Robes embody this ideal; that we may adorn our bodies with a blessing and become that blessing in our life, with our life. A prayer in every stitch, a blessing, an intention of purpose, an invocation which proclaims “I see the divine beauty in you”. A sacred garment for any sacred purpose whether it is meditation, ritual, celebration or simply adorning ourselves in beauty.
